  4. Customer relationship information such as billing and payment information, product order and cancellation information, contact information, account access information used for authentication and account access, correspondence, records of calls, meetings, other contacts, cookies, etc.
  5. Error reports, and software and services performance data. This helps us diagnose problems, provide solutions, and improve our software and services.
  6. Audit logs for compliance purposes. This enables the solutions’ administrators to produce reports on who viewed or performed actions on any item (e.g., document, workflow, contact), when, and from which IP address and device. We do not have access to his data or reports, unless we are acting as administrators to the specific software installation.

We use “cookie” technology to collect website usage data. We use session cookies and persistent cookies to manage your software sessions and keep your software preferences.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for website usage tracking. Google Analytics collects and stores data on how you use our website, including time of visit, pages visited and for how long, and the IP address and information of the device used.

Personal data is only accessed by those of our employees who need to access it to do their work. Access is obtained using a personal username and password. The data is stored in databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords, and other technical measures.

We do not disclose your personal data to any external parties.

8. Data storage location and duration

We store personal data in the EU.

Personal data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is necessitated by law or our need to protect our legal rights. After that the personal data is deleted.

You have the right view your personal data, and the right to request correction or deletion of inaccurate, unnecessary, and unlawful data. If data processing is based on consent, you have the right to modify or withdraw it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before these changes.
